Mike Nathanson
Mike Nathanson has spent the last four of his 20-year career in commercial real estate as a Director of Leasing for Workspace Property Trust, overseeing the leasing activities of over 1 million square feet of our South Florida properties. As someone who grew up in the area, Mike splits his time between our Miramar and Boca Raton offices and is able to live the “closer to home” Workspace promise our tenants experience, himself.
With decades of experience in the local market, Mike was drawn to joining Workspace for our strong suburban presence and hands-on reputation. As the Director of Leasing, he prioritizes relationships with brokers and tenants alike, recognizing the enduring value of genuine partnerships. His tenacious nature has been instrumental in further establishing Workspace as the premier choice for companies seeking cost-effective, convenient, and amenity-rich workspaces.

When Mike is not in the office...
Mike believes in giving back to the business community that helped shape him. He regularly volunteers with the Leadership Broward Foundation, actively engages with the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, and serves as a director on the board of NAIOP's South Florida chapter.
Outside of the office or boardroom, Mike loves spending time with his wife and two young daughters, who keep him the best kind of busy. From day trips to Disney, road and boat excursions spent exploring the islands of Florida , or enjoying a pool or beach day close to home, Mike and his family relish their time together soaking up the South Florida sun.

He is a proud University of Florida graduate and past president of the UF Alumni Association who can be found rooting on the Gators any given game day.
