Mr. Thomas has over 30 years of experience in real estate and has had significant success structuring, negotiating, completing and implementing all aspects of complex transactions including: real estate acquisitions, disposition and development, corporate securities and compliance matters, risk management, human resources and marketing.
From 1994 until 2014, Mr. Thomas served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, serving as a key member of the executive team. He also filled the roles of head of the risk management, human resources, and marketing departments.
During his tenure, Mr. Thomas was responsible for structuring and implementing the company’s acquisitions, mergers and dispositions, supervising outside and in-house legal and leasing counsel and staff, and negotiating joint venture agreements. He also insured legal compliance and oversaw day-to-day legal requirements, and assisted the company in investment strategies and financial activities.
Mr. Thomas was a key member of the executive team that worked with Mr. Rizk in taking Cali Associates public in 1994.
Mr. Thomas received both his B.S.B.A. in Finance and his J.D. from the University of Denver.
Executive Vice President & CFO
Mr. Allen has more than 17 years of REIT executive management and real estate investment banking experience. Prior to joining Workspace Property Trust in August 2017, Mr. Allen was a Managing Director in the M&A and Corporate Advisory Group at HFF Securities L.P., which he joined in March 2017 upon HFF’s acquisition of Hentschel & Company, a boutique real estate investment banking advisory firm where Mr. Allen had been a Managing Director since early 2016.
From 2008 to 2015, Mr. Allen was a senior financial executive at Chambers Street Properties and served as the company’s Executive Vice President of Capital Markets and Finance since 2012. Chambers Street Properties was a publicly traded REIT that merged with Gramercy Property Trust in December 2015 to become the largest industrial and office net lease REIT with an enterprise value totaling approximately $5.7 billion.
From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Allen spent more than eight years in real estate investment banking, including five years at Merrill Lynch and three years at Banc of America Securities, executing a broad cross section of financial advisory and capital raising transactions, including over $9 billion in M&A and financial advisory transactions; 27 public debt and preferred equity offerings, raising over $7.4 billion; and 16 common equity offerings, raising over $3.3 billion.
Mr. Allen has an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from Rice University.
Senior Vice President & General Counsel
Mr. Pahides joined Workspace Property Trust in 2022 as Senior Vice President & General Counsel. Mr. Pahides brings with him more than 30 years of experience practicing business and real estate law, and has counseled numerous real estate developers, lenders, owners, and users in the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of office, life science, industrial, medical, senior living, multifamily and retail projects.
Prior to joining Workspace, Mr. Pahides served as a Partner at McCausland Keen + Buckman since 1998. During that time, he counseled and guided clients through sophisticated real estate transactions, both regionally and nationally, including the development and acquisition of more than 50 senior living facilities; the sale of more than $1 billion of office assets for a NYSE Exchange listed REIT; the acquisition of more than $500 million of office assets; the acquisition of 100 self-storage facilities and over two million square feet of leasing of office, flex, industrial, life science and medical space.
During his tenure at McCausland Keen + Buckman, Mr. Pahides served as outside counsel for Workspace Property Trust and was involved in many of Workspace Property Trust’s major lease transactions, financings and general real estate matters. He represented Workspace Property Trust through many of our formative transactions, including the very first property acquisition in Pennsylvania, the 2015 acquisition of 41 properties in Horsham, Pennsylvania, and the 2022 national portfolio acquisition of 53 office properties.
Mr. Pahides received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. from Drew University, magna cum laude where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Senior Vice President, Operations
Mr. Gervasio has over 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. His experience includes asset management, brokerage, property management and consulting. Since 2015, Mr. Gervasio has served as Senior Vice President of Operations and has been part of the executive leadership team that has led WSPT through over $1.2 billion of acquisitions. During his time as SVP of Operations, WSPT has grown from its infancy stage to expanding its portfolio to 148 properties totaling approximately 10 million square feet. Mr. Gervasio started his career at CB Richard Ellis in the commercial real estate brokerage division. During his tenure, he worked closely with senior management of both private and public companies to develop strategic real estate plans and implementation strategies. He negotiated commercial real estate leasing and sales transactions for both acquisition and disposition assignments on behalf of landlords and tenants. Mr. Gervasio was also part of the real estate financial services division of FTI Consulting where he was responsible for providing consulting services to public and private real estate companies including REITs, investment and commercial banks, opportunity funds, private equity funds and insurance companies.
From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Gervasio served as the Vice President of Property Tract, advising landlords and property managers on their administration of leasing and management objectives. In 2013 he joined Rizk Ventures focusing on investment activities in the areas of Real Estate, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Special Opportunities until joining Workspace Property Trust.
Mr. Gervasio received a B.A. degree in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island.
Senior Vice President, Property Management
Mr. Eckerd has over 28 years of experience in Property Management. Since 2015, Mr. Eckerd has led our team of senior property managers and overseen customer service operations. Prior to joining Workspace Property Trust, Mr. Eckerd spent 18 years with Liberty Property Trust where he was Senior Property Manager for its Pennsylvania suburban office portfolio. In this role, he was responsible for the management of an eight-million square foot portfolio of office and flex assets in the Philadelphia suburbs.
Mr. Eckerd is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management. He holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate License and is a member of the Philadelphia chapter of Building Owners and Managers Association. He also holds a LEED Green designation through the U.S. Green Building Council.
Mr. Eckerd received an Associate’s degree in General Studies from the Montgomery County Community College.
Senior Vice President, Investments
Mr. Keane joined Workspace Property Trust in 2020 as Senior VP, Investments. Mr. Keane’s primary duties comprise of real estate acquisitions and structured finance. He is responsible for developing both short and long-term investment plans for the Company, as well as, approving the underwriting and financing for all acquisitions.
Prior to joining Workspace Property Trust, Mr. Keane worked on the CMBS Primary Loan Trading Desk at JP Morgan. While in this position his responsibilities included, loan pricing and hedging, as well as the structuring and distribution of new issue CMBS and CRE CLO’s.
Leading up to his time in the real estate sector, Mr. Keane served as a Lieutenant onboard the USS New Mexico (SSN-779), fast-attack submarine, where he completed one European Command Deployment.
Mr. Keane received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
Senior Vice President, Head of Strategic Initiatives
Mr. Hansen joined Workspace Property Trust in 2022 as Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Initiatives. Mr. Hansen has more than 14 years experience in commercial real estate asset management, leasing, and business development.
Mr. Hansen joined Workspace Property Trust from WeWork where he served as a Vice President on the Global Real Estate team from 2019-2021. Prior to WeWork, Mr. Hansen served as a Director in the New York region for Boston Properties from 2014-2019. Mr. Hansen began his real estate career in 2009 with Newmark Knight Frank and CBRE where he focused exclusively on asset management and agency representation.
Mr. Hansen is a graduate of Hobart College. Mr. Hansen serves on his alumni class fundraising committee of Woodberry Forest School in Virginia.
Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer
Mr. Koch has over 20 years of experience in real estate and public accounting environments. Prior to joining us in September 2017, Mr. Koch served as the Chief Accounting Officer for certain real estate investment trusts advised by AR Global Investments, LLC where he oversaw accounting and financial reporting for American Realty Capital—Retail Centers of America, Inc. from 2012 to December 2016, American Finance Trust, Inc. from 2013 to December 2016, and Global Net Lease, Inc. from June 2016 to September 2017.
From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Koch served as an Associate Director at The Siegfried Group, LLP responsible for directing and managing accounting and audit projects for Fortune 500 companies. From 2002 to 2010, Mr. Koch held several positions with Ernst & Young LLP, most recently as an Audit Senior Manager. Mr. Koch also served as a Staff Accountant at Siana, Carr and O’Connor LLP from 2000 to 2002 and as a Mutual Fund Accountant for Delaware Investments from 1999 to 2000.
Mr. Koch received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island and is a certified public accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Vice President, Construction & Development
Mr. McHugh brings a unique, hands-on approach to Workspace’s Construction and Development projects. His 25 years of experience in Project and Property Management offers tremendous value to completing Workspace’s and our Tenants’ projects “on-time and on-budget”. Mr. McHugh has successfully overseen billions of dollars’ worth of tenant and capital improvements, new construction, and redevelopment in office, residential, and warehouse sites.
Mr. McHugh began his career in CRE managing maintenance and construction teams in the multi-family sector. He also has over 12 years of experience with large, publicly traded REITs (Boston Properties and Liberty Property Trust). He has also achieved many successful development projects from Princeton, New Jersey to Phoenix, Arizona for private investors, many of which have received various LEED designations.
Mr. McHugh received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh and remains an avid fan of Pittsburgh sports teams.
Vice President, Property Management
Mrs. Bystedt has over 23 years of experience in Property Management. She joined Workspace Property Trust in 2016 as Senior Property Manager to lead the Minnesota Property Management team. In 2020 she was promoted to Vice President overseeing operations for both the Minnesota, Florida and Arizona Markets. In her current role she closely collaborates with Mr. Eckerd in all facets of Property Management throughout the portfolio. Mrs. Bystedt is responsible for the growth and development of key asset locations within the expanding portfolio of properties.
Prior to joining Workspace Property Trust, Mrs. Bystedt spent 19 years with Liberty Property Trust where she was Senior Property Manager responsible for a five-million square foot portfolio of office and flex assets in the suburban Twin Cities Market.
Mrs. Bystedt received a B.S. degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University. She received the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through Building Owners and Managers Institute and is a member of BOMA, IREM, and MNCREW.
Vice President, Property Accounting/Treasurer
Mr. DiLullo joined the Workspace team in July 2015 and brought with him over 26 years of accounting, management, and leadership experience of which 22 years focused on real estate accounting.
Across his noteworthy career, Mr. DiLullo has served as Director of Accounting at Brandywine Realty Trust where he oversaw daily accounting functions of 30 employees across 230 wholly owned commercial office/industrial and JV properties totaling approximately 25 million square feet. Mr. DiLullo also served as Regional Controller at Liberty Property Trust for 12 years. He worked for Deloitte and Touche auditing multiple companies across various industries including Pennsylvania State University, Pennsylvania Blue Cross & Blue Shield and PIDC – all while obtaining his CPA.
As a founding Workspace team member, he was instrumental in producing the company’s talented team of accounting professionals as well as the implementation, start-up, and formation of the company. His institutional knowledge and cultivation of Workspace plays an influential role within the company. As the Vice President of Property Accounting/Treasurer he is responsible for the daily accounting and cash management as well as the preparing, reviewing, closing, and reporting of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information.
Mr. DiLullo graduated from Drexel University in 1989 and holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting.
Human Resource Director
Mrs. Kozeniewski joined Workspace Property Trust in August 2016. As the Human Resource Director for Workspace Property Trust, Mrs. Kozeniewski oversees all areas of Human Resources including benefits, compensation, employment law, employee relations, on-boarding, payroll, performance management, policy & procedures, recruitment, and 401k administration.
Mrs. Kozeniewski is an avid Human Resource Professional with 39 years of experience leading Human Resources in Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical organizations along a path of growth and continuous improvement. Prior to joining Workspace Property Trust, she was the manager of Ametek HR programs for 10 years, where she serviced 10,000 employees in Berwyn, PA. Mrs. Kozeniewski began her career in 1981, by opening the Human Resource Department of Bloomingdale’s in King of Prussia.
Mrs. Kozeniewski earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and has taken some graduate classes at Temple University. Mrs. Kozeniewski is the proud mother of five grown sons.
Marketing Director
Mrs. Bonner joined the Workspace Property Trust team in 2016 after working eight years in agency marketing and advertising. Her holistic approach in developing marketing, branding, communication and event strategies is geared by her passion for understanding consumer psychology. Over the course of her career she has provided strategic counsel to clients across industries including hospitality, legal, retail, animal services, and health & wellness. Her versatile background brings a unique approach to crafting brand messaging and perception.
Mrs. Bonner oversees all aspects of Workspace’s brand development and works across all facets of the organization to create compelling, impactful experiences for our tenant, broker and vendor partners. She continuously pushes herself and our team to embrace new concepts and expanding ideas.
A Philadelphia native, Mrs. Bonner received her B.A. in English and Communication from Cabrini University.
Director of Financial Reporting
With 13 years of real estate and public accounting experience, prior to joining Workspace, Mr. Wilson served as Manager of Financial Reporting, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Assistant Vice President for real estate investment trusts at AR Global Investments, LLC with a focus on healthcare, senior housing assets, triple net retail assets, globally invested retail, and office assets.
Mr. Wilson’s background includes oversight and execution of financial reporting, technical accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for various global entities including American Realty Capital Heathcare Trust and Global Net Lease, Inc. among others. Mr. Wilson has also held several positions with Ernst & Young LLP from 2008 to 2011, most recently as an Audit Senior.
Mr. Wilson received his B.S. in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business.
Corporate Controller
Bringing 15 years of real estate and public accounting experience, Mr. Reilly most recently served as the Portfolio Controller and Assistant Vice President for globally invested real estate trusts advised by AR Global Investments, LLC. There he oversaw accounting for Global Net Lease, Inc. and American Realty Capital – Global Trust II, Inc.
From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Reilly served as a Senior Accountant at Morgan Properties where he was responsible for accounting close, financial statement preparation, and audit management for portfolios of over 108 residential properties. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Reilly held several positions with Deloitte LLP, most recently as an Audit Senior.
Mr. Reilly received his B.S. in Accounting from the Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
Senior Vice President, Leasing
Mr. Nichols brings almost three decades of fundamental knowledge in asset management, development and leasing, and approximately 20 years of experience with publicly traded REITs. From 2005 to 2017, Mr. Nichols held various roles including Vice President and City Manager, as well as Vice President & Market Officer for suburban Philadelphia for Liberty Property Trust.
From 1989 to 1996, he was Vice President of Marketing and Property Management for the Nichols Company, a private commercial real estate developer. Mr. Nichols played an instrumental role in the Nichols Company before and during its merger with Brandywine Realty Trust in 1996. He is a past President of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) as well as having served as a member of NAIOP’s National Board of Directors.
Mr. Nichols received a B.S. degree in Economics from East Carolina University and an MBA degree from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

Mr. Himmelreich has 9 years of commercial real estate experience. My Himmelreich is responsible for leasing the Horsham portfolio consisting of over 2.3 million sq ft of office and flex properties.
Mr. Himmelreich joined Workspace Property Trust in 2022 from Tactix Real Estate Advisor where he served as a tenant advisor. Prior to his time at Tactix, Doug worked at Stockton Real Estate Advisors and the Flynn Company where he was full service real estate advisor.
Mr. Himmelreich has his bachelor’s degree in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University.

What I Do: With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, I am responsible for the leasing of our Malvern portfolio consisting of over 2 Million square feet of office and flex properties in the Malvern, Wayne, and Exton submarkets. Mr. Butler joined Workspace Property Trust in 2016 as Vice President, Regional Director. Mr. Butler has over 23 years’ experience in commercial real estate leasing and development.
Mr. Butler joined Workspace Property Trust from Liberty Property Trust where he oversaw the leasing of 6.5 million square feet of office and industrial space in the Twin Cities Market from 1998 – 2016.
Mr. Butler is a graduate of St. Olof College, a former president of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and currently serves as a trustee with the Episcopal Church of Minnesota. He is also on his community’s hockey board and president of the high school girl’s hockey team booster club and coaches numerous youth sports teams.

What I Do: I am responsible for the management of our Tampa portfolio consisting of 34 buildings and 1.8 million square of office and flex properties. I have worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years. I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics and later achieved a Masters in International Business.

Director of Leasing, South Florida
Mr. Nathanson joined Workspace Property Trust in 2020 as Director of Leasing. Mr. Nathanson has more than 18 years’ experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales, and business development. As South Florida’s Director of Leasing, Mr. Nathanson oversees the developing, implementing, and facilitating of leasing strategizes for more than one million square feet of assets throughout the region. In addition, he is responsible for helping to create new opportunities for the firm while growing and maintaining business, and brokerage relationships within the community.
With more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Nathanson has driven more than two million square feet in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining WPT, he was Senior Vice President with Blanca Commercial Real Estate, where he represented marquee clients as BlackRock, Acadia, Morgan Stanley, Lincoln Property Company and other institutional owners.
Mr. Nathanson is a graduate of the University of Florida. He currently is on the board of directors for NAIOP – (National Association for Industrial and Office Parks) South Florida, past president of University of Florida Alumni Association in Broward County, and is a Leadership Broward Class XXXVI graduate.
Senior Property Manager
Mr. Beale joined Workspace Property Trust in 2019 as a Property Manager for our Horsham properties. Mr. Beale has more than 30 years’ experience in Class A commercial property management.
Prior to joining Workspace Property Trust, Mr. Beale worked for Preferred Sands and Preferred Real Estate managing properties in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and supporting facility operations in Nebraska and Arizona. He started his career in 1989 with Equivest Management, Inc. where he grew to manage more than 2,000,000 square feet of office and warehouse space.
Mr. Beale’s educational background includes electrical studies, and his buildings have been recognized by BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association International) for excellence in the commercial real estate industry.
Senior Property Manager
Ms. Verros manages the daily operations of 14 buildings consisting of approximately 711,000 square feet of office and flex properties. Ms. Verros has over seven years of property management experience within the Horsham portfolio. Ms. Verros joined Workspace Property Trust in 2016 starting as a Customer Service Coordinator and Administrative Assistant supporting the Property Management Team.
Ms. Verros graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Verros is also an active member of BOMA.
Associate Property Manager
Mrs. Michelsen joined Workspace Property Trust as a Property Management Assistant in 2019, transitioning to the role of Associate Property Manager in 2022. Mrs. Michelsen manages 15 buildings in Horsham consisting of approximately 700,000 square feet of flex and office properties.
Mrs. Michelsen joined Workspace Property Trust from the residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling industry, where Mrs. Michelsen worked as an Office Manager and Assistant Designer for her family’s business for 15 years.
Mrs. Michelsen is a graduate of Tyler School of Art and Architecture with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and received her Master of Arts in Museum Studies from University of Leicester in the UK.
Property Management Assistant
Mrs. Hebrank joined Workspace Property Trust in 2018 as CSC/Property Management Assistant. Mrs. Hebrank has extensive experience as a results-oriented Administrative Support Professional.
Mrs. Hebrank joined Workspace Property Trust from Right Management where she served most of her career as a Global Sales Project Manager. Prior to Right Management, Mrs. Hebrank was a Sales Coordinator and Marketing Administrative Assistant at Manchester.
Property Management Assistant
Mrs. Jackson joined Workspace Property Trust in December 2021. Mrs. Jackson provides administrative support to the Property Management Team. In addition to administrative tasks, Mrs. Jackson is responsible for providing excellent customer service and acts as a liaison between tenants and Property Management. Within the Horsham portfolio, Mrs. Jackson assists with Accounts Payable/Receivable and provides support to various departments within the organization.
Prior to joining Workspace Property Trust, Mrs. Jackson worked in the pharmaceutical and banking industries where she spent over 25 years building strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Tenant Service Technician
Mr. Donovan comes to us from Horsham Clinic where he has been the Maintenance Technician for the past 2 ½ years. He is skilled in electrical, plumbing and HVAC as well as ongoing preventive maintenance throughout the building. He prides himself in delivering superb customer service to tenants in order to ensure proper management of the overall wellbeing of the facility.
Mr. Donovan was in the United State Marine Corps which instilled in him the importance of hard work and timeliness. Adam is excited to join our Workspace team and render exceptional customer service to our tenants.
Senior Maintenance Technician
Mr. Yuhasz has approximately 25 years of experience working within the Horsham portfolio and joined Workspace Property Trust in 2015. He is a seasoned building technician with a wide range of knowledge in office and flex buildings. Prior to his employment at Workspace Property Trust, Mr. Yuhasz worked for Liberty Property Trust for 18 years.
Senior Maintenance Technician
Mr. McCabe joined Workspace Property Trust in 2015 and has approximately 29 years of experience working within the Horsham portfolio. His experience is working in both office and flex buildings. As a Senior Building Technician, Mr. McCabe has expertise in handling complex commercial building related items. Prior to his position at WSPT, Mr. McCabe worked as a Building Technician for Liberty Property Trust for 22 years.
Mr. McCabe studied at Orleans Technical Institute specializing in Building Maintenance.
Maintenance Technician
Mr. Berridge has been with Workspace Property Trust since inception in 2015. He has approximately 25 years of experience within the Horsham portfolio working within both flex and office buildings. Mr. Berridge works closely with tenants and vendors to provide outstanding customer service. Prior to joining the Workspace Team, Mr. Berridge was a Building Technician for Liberty Property Trust for 18 years.
Maintenance Technician
Mr. McGill joined the Workspace Property Trust Team in 2018 and has four years’ experience working within the Horsham portfolio. He values working effectively and efficiently with vendors and tenants to provide exceptional customer service. Prior to Workspace Property Trust, Mr. McGill worked for Vanguard for five years and has experience working in Class A commercial and residential properties. Overall, Mr. McGill has 18 years’ experience working as a Building Engineer.
Director of Property Management Operations, North
Mrs. Hruby provides national support with day-to-day operations for the property management team. She is responsible for directing and overseeing certain operational processes and coordination between multiple departments. Additionally, she is also responsible for the oversight of our Malvern and Horsham portfolios which includes more than 4 million sq ft.
Mrs. Hruby’s experience within the commercial real estate realm includes managing office, flex, retail, and industrial buildings. Prior to managing commercial buildings, she was the Director of Operations at a research institute within an academic medical center, and additionally college level Biophysics. She graduated with a BA in Biology from Clark University and earned a PhD in Biophysics from Brandeis University.

What I Do: I manage the daily operations for over 785,000 square feet of office and flex properties for our Malvern portfolio. My background includes over 20 years of experience within the Property Management Industry, both residential and commercial.

What I Do: As Property Manager, I oversee several properties in our Malvern portfolio and work hand-in-hand with our tenants to ensure they receive the very best attention and care. Ms. Bianco joined Workspace Property Trust in 2016 as Director of Leasing for Workspace’s Exton, Malvern, & Wayne, Pennsylvania portfolios. Ms. Bianco has over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing & marketing. Prior to Workspace, Ms. Bianco began her career in commercial real estate working at Liberty Property Trust in 2006, where she most recently served as Director of Leasing.
Ms. Bianco currently serves on the boards of Petra Community Housing, the Transportation Management Association of Chester County, and Chester County Industrial and Investment Council, and serves locally on Phoenixville Borough’s Planning Commission and Historical Architectural Review Board. Ms. Bianco is a graduate of Drexel’s Lebow College of Business where she earned her MBA and West Chester University where she earned her Bachelor of Music in Music Education.

Ms. Mertes joined Workspace Property Trust in October of 2016 as a Property Manager for the Minnesota portfolio. She has 14 years’ experience in property management with a background in accounting.
Ms. Mertes joined Workspace Property Trust from MetroPlains Consulting & Management Investing where she served as Regional Manager in North Dakota from 2013-2016. Prior to MetroPlains she served as a Property Accountant at Dominium Management Services from 2009-2013.

Ms. Shelquist-Hardin joined Workspace Property Trust in 2018 and is the Senior Property Manager overseeing the Tampa Portfolio. LA has more than 25 years of experience in property management.
LA joined Workspace Property Trust from Robbins Electra where she was Executive Vice President, overseeing new acquisitions and rent optimization. Prior to Robbins Electra, LA was Vice President of Florida Operations for MLG Management exceeding 15 years.
LA attended USF in Tampa, is licensed by the State of Florida in Real Estate, and holds NAA delegations of CAM and CAPS.

Mr. King joined Workspace in 2019 as Property Manager. Mr. King has 25 years of property management experience, with 9 years focused in commercial property management. Mr. King also currently holds his Florida CAM designation for Association Management and a Real estate License in the State of Florida.

Ms. Gauttier joined Workspace Property Trust in 2022 to assist the Tampa Property Management Team with tenant service requests, accounts payable, and various administrative tasks in support of our tenant community. Ms. Gauttier brings her experience from a former Workspace Property Trust tenant where she served as the Building Operations Manager and frequently interacted with the Tampa Property Management Team.

Mr. Garcia is responsible for the operation and maintenance of Silo Bend Business Park, Legacy Park, and Crosspointe I & II. Mr. Garcia was born in Guayama, Puerto Rico but raised in Chicago, IL. He Came to the Tampa team with 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.
VP & Regional Director
Mr. Lanning joined Workspace Property Trust in 2016 as Vice President, Regional Director of Florida. His role includes management of the Tampa and South Florida portfolios which consist of 45 buildings totaling over 2.9 million square feet. As the sole leasing authority in Tampa, he will oversee the 1.8 million square foot Tampa office portfolio.
With 18 years’ experience, Lanning brings his real estate expertise from ten years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as Director since 2013. His diverse office portfolio totaled roughly 3.0 million square feet of office space and consisted of Class “A” buildings, office parks, and flex facilities.
Mr. Lanning graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics and later achieved a master’s in international business. An active member in the Tampa Bay community, his affiliations include Leadership Tampa Bay, Westshore Alliance/Leadership Westshore, National Associate of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) etc.

Mr. Ault joined Workspace Property Trust in 2021 with over 15 years’ experience in various aspects of the real estate industry including property management, acquisitions, leasing and investment.
Mr. Ault joined Workspace Property Trust from Grover Corlew of Florida LLC where he served as Commercial Real Estate, Area Manager. Prior to Grover Corlew, Mr. Ault held various roles where he developed his background in real estate acquisitions, construction project and property management.
Mr. Ault grew up in St. Louis Missouri and is a graduate of Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. He is actively involved in various real estate organizations including BOMA where he currently serves as President of the local BOMA Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beaches chapter.

Building Engineer
Mr. Wilkerson was born in Arlington Virginia where he attended school. His family had a construction company which was established in the late 1950’s in Virginia and then moved to Florida because of weather reasons. He served in the military and was honorably discharged in 1975. Mr. Wilkerson worked for Standard Oil company in Palo Alto and San Jose, California until 1980.
Mr. Wilkerson returned to Florida where he worked as a mechanic for Atlas Rental Equipment in Fort Lauderdale. Mr. Wilkerson went to work at FAU for six years and then opened his own business. Mr. Wilkerson was offered a job with Liberty Property Trust in 1988 and worked with them as a building engineer until the company was sold in 2016 to WSPT where he is currently working for as a Maintenance Technician in South Florida.

Ms. Chamerski joined Workspace Property Trust in 2018 as a Property Manager. Ms. Chamerski has more than 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate management.
Ms. Chamerski joined Workspace Property Trust from Wessex Property Management where she was a Property Manager from 2015-2018. Ms. Chamerski began her real estate career in Chicago, Illinois with Mid-America Asset Management as a Property Manager.

Kathleen joined Workspace Property Management in 2016 as Marketing Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. She has 17 years’ experience in the property management field.
Kathleen joined Workspace Property Trust from Liberty Property Trust where she served as an administrative assistant in the departments of property management, development, marketing and leasing from 2006 to 2016.
Kathleen attended Colorado Mountain College with a focus on graphic illustration. From 1981 to 1993 she enjoyed a successful career as a drafting technician serving KKBNA Engineering, Patillo Associates Engineers and David Houter Architects in Glenwood Springs Colorado.
Kathleen is an active volunteer in the community and enjoys gardening, and year around outdoor activities.

Ms. Sandoval joined Workspace Property Trust in 2022 as the Property Administrator for 5 properties in the Dallas Area. Ms. Sandoval has 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate asset management.
Ms. Sandoval joined Workspace Property Trust from Transwestern where she served as a Property Management Assistant from 2017-2022. While at Transwestern, Ms. Sandoval was part of the “Building Team Award” in 2017 and received “Property Management Assistant of the Year Award” for the Transwestern Central Region in 2021.
Prior to Transwestern, Ms. Sandoval worked as a Lead Secretary to the Principal at Lake View High School in the SAISD district from 2007-2017.

Amy also held several positions during her time at Gramercy Property Trust including Senior Lease Analyst, Accounts Receivable Supervisor and Senior Lease Administrator between 2007-2015. Amy began her real estate career in 1997 with University City Housing before joining Metropolitan Properties in 2006.
Chief Building Engineer
Mr. Fulton joined Workspace Property Trust in 2023 as Chief Building Engineer. He has 35 years’ experience in commercial property maintenance. Mr. Fulton joined Workspace Property Trust from NAI Ohio Equities where he maintained multiple property locations throughout central Ohio ranging from Class A high rise properties to Surgical suites.
Mr. Fulton graduated from North Phoenix High School after which he spent 7 years as Combat Engineer with the United States Army, attaining the rank of Sergeant.
Senior Chief Engineer
Mr. Henry is the Senior Chief Engineer with over two decades of experience and a proven track record in the maintenance and operations of buildings mechanical and HVAC systems.
Mr Henry’s qualifications include Fire and life safety Director Electricity and circuit controls Completion of Local 94 Building Engineer Training Program, he also holds an EPA Universal Certification.

Chief Building Engineer
Mr. Krause joined Workspace Property in 2016 as a Chief Building Engineer with more than 30 years’ experience maintaining commercial real estate properties in the areas of HVAC, mechanical, electrical and life safety systems.
Mr. Krause was previously employed by Liberty Property Trust for 14 years as a Chief Building Engineer, responsible for a portfolio of office, flex and industrial properties.
Mr. Krause’s education and licenses cover HVAC, electrical, refrigeration and energy management systems. He is a chief boiler operator and has an extensive knowledge of LEED, GREEN and Energy Star programs making him an integral part of all construction projects and overall maintenance of the properties.

Ms. Piram joined Workspace Property Trust in March of 2020 as a Property Management Administrative Assistant/CSC. She has over 15 years’ experience in customer service and administrative support.
Ms. Piram joined Workspace Property Trust from the moving and transportation field where she served as Commercial Move Coordinator and specialized in commercial office moves.
Ms. Piram is an active member of her community and enjoys baseball games and nature walks.

Ms. Cruz joined Workspace’s South Florida team in February of 2023. Bianca is a dedicated Property Management professional with 10 years’ experience in the day-to-day management of over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate throughout South Florida including office, retail and industrial. Before joining Workspace Property Trust, Bianca served as Associate Real Estate Manager with CBRE managing class A office buildings in the financial district of downtown Miami.
Bianca is a longtime BOMA member having won several TOBY’s and Best Assistant Property Manager of the year. She is currently working on completing the RPA Designation program.
Tenant Services Technician
Mr. Ferko joined Workspace Property Trust in 2018 as a Tenant Service Technician. Robert has over 25 years of experience in the commercial and industry maintenance fields.
Mr. Ferko joined Workspace Property Trust from Jones Lang LaSalle where he served as a maintenance engineer on several commercial buildings.
Mr. Ferko was honorably discharged after 10 years of active-duty service in the United States Army. He was also decoyed during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm.

Mr. Hall joined Workspace Property Trust in December of 2022 as maintenance engineer at the West Chester and Mason, Ohio properties.
Mr. Hall joined Workspace Property Trust from Hiffman National where he served as a maintenance engineer from 2018-2022. Prior to Hiffman, Mr. Hall was a maintenance engineer with JLL from 2016-2018. Mr. Hall has a strong background in plumbing where he earned his certification while working for Roto-Rooter Plumbers from 2001-2016. Mr. Hall is dedicated to service and family.

Mr. Smith joined Workspace Property Trust in 2022 and has more than ten years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer. Prior to joining Workspace Property Trust, Mr. Smith was employed by Hiffman National. Mr. Smith is an avid traveler who has taken more than 25 cruises.

Mr. Moxley joined Workspace Property Trust in January 2023 as Senior Building Engineer. Mr. Moxley has more than 30 years of commercial real estate engineering experience.
Mr. Moxley joined Workspace Property Trust from NAI Ohio Equities where he served as Senior Building Engineer. Previously, Mr. Moxley worked as a Chief Building Engineer for Cushman and Wakefield.

Mrs. Couch joined Workspace Property Trust in 2022 as a Senior Property Manager for the Dallas, Texas portfolio. She has over 10 years of experience in commercial property management.
Prior to joining Workspace Property Trust, Mrs. Couch spent 10+ years with Transwestern where she served as Senior Property Manager from 2019-2022, responsible for 6 buildings, totaling over one-million square foot portfolio. Mrs. Couch was awarded “Property Manager of the Year” for the Transwestern Central Region in 2016.

Marketing Manager
Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, Mr. Rossi received his B.A. in Marketing from Gwynedd Mercy University.
Mr. Rossi recently joined Workspace Property Trust this year after working at Pep Boys and Merlin Entertainments (LEGOLAND). He has over 8 years of marketing experience specifically in the event planning, crm, client development and sales. Coming from a non-real estate background, Mr. Rossi offers a unique perspective when it comes to marketing.
While new to the team, Mr. Rossi will work closely on the Workspace App, social media channels, creative, broker/tenant events and more to achieve all marketing goals for WSPT.
Senior Chief Engineer
Sal Jimenez joined Workspace Property Trust in 2022 as a Senior Chief Engineer for the Dallas Texas Portfolio. Sal is a license and certified Universal EPA HVAC technician. He brings a total of 19 years of experience in commercial real estate property management, HVAC mechanical system operations and maintenance, implementing budgeted capital projects for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire and Life Safety, Construction tenant build outs, and managing a team of engineers.
Prior to joining Workspace Property Trust, Sal Jimenez spent 18 years with Transwestern where he served as a Senior Chief Engineer responsible for 6 buildings totaling over one-million square foot portfolio. Sal has been awarded with the “Engineer of the Year” award in 2011, 2015, and awarded the “Senior Chief Engineer of the Year” award in 2021 for the Transwestern’s Central Region group.

Ms. Officer joined Workspace Property Trust in 2023 as a Marketing Coordinator for the South Florida Portfolio.
Ms. Officer has previous experience assisting the marketing department in luxury hospitality, media, and architecture.

Senior Property Manager
Sonja joined Workspace Property Trust in 2023 as a Senior Property Manager of our Texas Portfolio. Sonja has more than 24 years of experience in real estate management and interior construction.
Sonja joined Workspace Property Trust from Cawley Partners where she served as the Director of Property Management and Director of Interior Construction from 2013 to 2023. Prior to Cawley Partners, Sonja worked with Sunwest Real Estate Group where she managed a variety of real estate, including commercial, industrial, retail, HOA and flex space. In addition to managing the real estate, she was responsible for overseeing all tenant build outs.
Sonja is a member of BOMA Greater Dallas and served as Chair and Co-Chair for several different committees as well as won Southwest Regional on 5 separate commercial office buildings.
CSC/Property Management Assistant
Mrs. Wick joined Workspace Property Trust in May 2023 as a Property Management Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Coordinator. She is new to the commercial property management industry but comes with a wide range of skills based on her previous work experience.
Mrs. Wick came to Workspace Property Trust from the Scott County Sheriff’s Office where she was previously a 911 Dispatcher. She has administrative experience from another previous role as a Sales Operations Administrator at Site improve.
Mrs. Wick is a graduate of Hamline University, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. During her time at Hamline, she was a member of the university’s mock trial team.
Property Manager
Ms. Grandys joined Workspace Property Trust in 2023 as Property Manager for the Chicago Market. Ms. Grandys has more than 22 years of experience in Property Management/Facility Management. Her experience ranges from Large Commercial Office Space, Large Shopping Mall/Retail and Facilities Management for numerous buildings in a portfolio.
Ms. Grandys started her career with 16 years working for JLL. Ms. Grandys spent almost 4 years with Simon Property Group. With more recent experience at CBRE and Pine Tree. Ms. Grandys is a graduate of DePaul University.
Property Manager
Mrs. Villa, a professional seamlessly integrating a biology background with a successful property management career. Originally from Cuba, Lucia has thrived in the United States since 2007, overcoming language barriers and earning a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Business from Florida International University.
With 5 years of excellence in private entity property management, Mrs Lucia has gained diverse industry knowledge and expanded her skill set. Applying her analytical scientific mindset, she brings a fresh perspective to her role at Workspace Property Trust, showcasing the power of interdisciplinary skills.
Property Management Administrative Asst/CSC
Ms. Chin was employed by Workspace Property Trust in October 2023 as a Property Management Administrative Assistant/CSC for our South Florida properties.
Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, she migrated to the USA in 2021. She has worked with The Home Depot as a Customer Service Lead and with Integrity Property Management as an Administrative Assistant in Residential Property Management.
With her prior studies in accounting with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA – UK) and a decade of accounting experience, coupled with her customer service and administrative experience, Ms. Chin has been able to apply her skills to this current position. This has helped her to learn and understand the core business of Commercial Property Management and to be effective and efficient in her everyday tasks.
National Director of Building Operations
Mrs Welch is a LEED certified, State of Florida licensed Interior Designer with over 38 years of large commercial project management, client programming, space planning, systems furniture and design experience.
Mrs Welch manages a wide assortment of projects from, ground-up, tenant build out to decommissioning sites. Natalie oversees every project from design inception through client approvals, contract issuance, municipal permits, construction and project close out. She works closely with clients and on-site team members to ensure best in class for the delivery of every project.
Mrs Welch holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Architecture from the Florida State University. In her spare time, Mrs Welch is a guide for visually impaired athletes in both running and triathlon competitions.
Property Manager
Mrs Latta joined Workspace Property Trust in January 2024 as a Property Manager for Horsham, managing 12 properties of approximately 835,000 square feet of office and flex space.
Before joining Workspace Property Trust, Mrs Latta managed Class A properties in Center City Philadelphia consisting of residential and commercial tenants. Aimee has been in Property Management for 13 years, managing student housing, high-rise residential and commercial properties.
Mrs Latta graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from The Pennsylvania State University and a minor in English
Property Management Administrative Assistant, Texas Galaxy Portfolio
Ms Johnson joined Workspace Property Trust in 2023 as a Property Management Administrative Assistant. Alisha has more than 6 years of residential property preservation experience. Alisha joined Workspace Property Trust from Cyprexx National Field Services as Property Preservation Coordinator from 2021-2023. Before Cyprexx, Ms Johnson worked with PennyMac as a Senior Property Preservation Specialist.
Ms Johnson is a member of BOMA Greater Dallas.
Director of Leasing
Mr. Rudes has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Rudes has served as a building leasing agent for over 6 million square feet of office space and completed over 450 lease transactions as both an agency broker and tenant representative. As director of leasing for Workspace, Mr. Rudes is responsible for the leasing of the 7.5 million square feet and marketing efforts in Workspace’s national portfolio.
Mr. Rudes joined Workspace in 2023. He had previously served as executive director at Cushman & Wakefield and as a Principal at Cresa New York.
Mr. Rudes has a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Albany and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.
Property Management Assistant
Mrs Taylor joined Workspace Property Trust at the end of April 2023 to provide administrative support to the Property Management Team. In addition to administrative tasks, Christine is responsible for providing excellent customer service and acts as a liaison between tenants, vendors and Property Management. Within the Malvern portfolio, Mrs Taylor assists with Accounts Payable/Receivable and Contracting. She also provides support to various departments within the organization.
Prior to joining Workspace Property Trust, Mrs Taylor spent many years building strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills working in the public school system, as well as the hospitality and national home builder industries.
Building Engineer
Mr. Paez, a seasoned professional in the property maintenance field with over 7 years of hands-on experience. Formerly an air conditioning technician
Residential and Commercial Field, Mr. Paez is known for his creative problem-solving skills and is always ready to lend a hand in any aspect necessary. His commitment to excellence and wealth of expertise makes him an asset in the property maintenance industry.
Associate Property Manager
Mr. Keehan Joined Workspace Property Trust in 2023 as an Associate Property Manager for our Tampa properties.
Prior to joining Workspace Property Trust, Mr. Keehan worked for The Feil Organization. He began his property management career as a tenant services coordinator in 2022 where he assisted tenants, vendors, and management across over 1,000,000 square feet of office space.
In 2019 Mr. Keehan received his B.S. in Political Science from Florida State University.
Engineer
Mr. Washington served in the Air Force for 10 years in the Civil Engineering Department where I was NCOIC of the Heating and Ventilation department on the base.
Mr. Washington went to school for building operation systems in New York for controls in pneumatic, electrical, and building automation systems.
Property Manager
Mrs. Hixon joined Workspace Property Trust in September 2024 as a Property Manager for our Phoenix properties. Mrs. Hixon has over 25 years of experience spanning from Class A commercial property management, retail to industrial properties.
Prior to joining Workspace Property Trust, Mrs. Hixon worked for Transwestern managing a Class A commercial building downtown Phoenix, Arizona.
Mrs. Hixon’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Finance, master’s degree MBA with concentrations in Global Management & Marketing.
Senior Regional Property Manager
Mr. Giordano supports our property management teams in seven markets across the country. Mr. Giordano joined Workspace Property Trust in 2024 and has over 15 years of industrial and residential property management experience. Prior to Workspace, Mr. Giordano spent over five years at Link Logistics Real Estate in multiple roles including property manager for their Allentown portfolio. Prior to Link, Mr. Giordano spent over ten years as a residential property manager for multiple ownership groups including Morgan Properties and BET Investments.
Mr. Giordano graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Georgetown University. Mr. Giordano is an active member of BOMA and IREM.
