Antoinette Lucas
Antoinette Lucas joined Workspace Property Trust in 2022, embarking on a new chapter in her career by transitioning into commercial real estate. As a Property Management Assistant, she manages daily interactions with tenants and vendors across 17 properties in Horsham's 40-building portfolio.
Before entering commercial real estate, Antoinette spent 15 years in the insurance industry, where she gained extensive experience supporting customers through challenging times. She was drawn to commercial real estate for its dynamic growth and the opportunity to leverage her problem-solving skills, planning abilities, passion for people, and business acumen. Having previously worked within the Pennsylvania Lifestyle Campus for a Workspace Property Trust tenant, Antoinette had firsthand experience with its property management team and the caliber of their work.
Antoinette was also attracted to Workspace Property Trust’s commitment to work-life balance and suburban roots. She explains:
“When I was searching for a new job, being close to home and having a true work-life balance were at the top of my list. Workspace Property Trust has been the perfect fit, allowing me to be there for my family while pursuing my career in commercial real estate. I can pick up my youngest daughter from school or camp and enjoy summer Fridays with my loved ones. This balance and the short commute enable me to bring my best self to work each day, fully committed to my professional development and growth in the industry.”
Outside of work...
Antoinette loves spending time with her three daughters and her husband, with whom she has built a life since they were teenagers. They enjoy staying active together at the gym, traveling, and taking scenic walks on local trails. For personal relaxation, Antoinette cherishes fun getaways with her best girlfriends to destinations like New Orleans, Jamaica, and Mexico.
