Marisa Verros
Introducing Marisa Verros, Senior Property Manager at Workspace Property Trust, who was one of the first 20 employees at Workspace since our founding in 2015. Now nearing her 9th year with the company, Marisa has worked her way to her current role after starting as a Customer Service Coordinator and Property Management Administrative Assistant in her first job out of college. A native of Horsham, Pennsylvania, Marisa was familiar with the area and interested in a career where she could blend her customer service skills from her days working in hospitality with her passion for business. Now, as a Senior Property Manager, Marisa oversees customer service, building operations, and tenant retention efforts for the 39 buildings in our Horsham portfolio.

My current position represents the culmination of my tenure with Workspace so far, and I look forward to continuing to grow and evolve in the future."
Beyond her primary duties, Marisa loves to give back through Workspace's community service efforts, including our annual "Day of Caring." One of the most meaningful volunteer opportunities Marisa has participated in over the years has been shopping for families in need through Mitzvah Circle, a Pennsylvania-based nonprofit organization.
When Marisa is not in the office...
When not working or giving back to her community, Marisa can be found at Lake Harmony spending time with her boyfriend, Brendan, and lovable pup, Kane. As a multicultural individual, Marisa loves traveling to visit her father's family in Greece regularly, as well as learning more about her mother's Chinese culture through food and other experiences. When Marisa is close to home, she enjoys staying active by golfing, bowling and playing pickleball. She’s also a dedicated sports fan who loves cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, Sixers and Phillies!
